Absolutely fantastic BBQ. Pulled pork was juicy, hot links were just the right level of spice, and the ribs just melted in my mouth. The Sampler came with 2 ribs, 2 pieces of chicken, 2 hot links, 2 sides and your choice of either brisket or Pulled pork. Great food, great workers, great BBQ. Do yourself a favor and go there now!

Ordered the Beef Brisket Dinner, and the to go service was quick. The staff behind the counter were working efficiently to get orders out. The portions are generous. The beef brisket was freshly cooked and of great quality along with the beans and potato salad. Nothing lacked in flavor. Will definitely return.

Ive been here a couple of times, and its become my favorite in Wichita! Its a nice hole in the wall, just west of WSU. I usually go around the 5:30-6pm time frame, and its always easy in and out. Take Note: this is a small business, and they close at 6:30, so if you go late, you can't expect everything to be available. They do a phenomenal job, and the art of BBQ is something that takes time, and the limits of availability are what give Georgio's its exclusivity. I've gotten almost all of the main items. Everything is solid. 5 stars all around.
